5 Stars Greatest Steam Mop Ever !!!!
this is probably the greatest product i have EVER bought for my house! i have a 6,000 square foot house and 3 young boys who are forever tracking in mud, dirt etc. this mop is easy, light, and does a much better job than the super expensive one i bought at bed bath and beyond that i had to return! i ended up buying another one to keep at my office and i would recommend this to anyone! plus customer service was great. i called the number to order the extra pads and i got them right away!!!!!

4 Stars Love my Steam Mop
I purchased the steam mop about a month ago and am very happy with it. We did have a problem getting it started. We had to prime the unit by pumping the handle for about 60 seconds, but after that it worked great. I love the fact that it cleans with water. My floors feel very clean after use. The cord is not long at all and you can get around this by using an extension cord. For the price, this is a great buy. You may need to purchase extra pads if you have a lot of tile. We only have about 600 sf and the two pads are enough.

I bought this on the back of the glowing reviews others have left. When I took it out of the box, I thought it was a toy. It doesnt look durable at all. The steam was very weak. It needs a major re-think as far as design is concerned. First, you will need to refill this thing multiple times just to clean your kitchen. It cannot clean countertops or Toilet bowls or Showers as compared to the Wagner. I returned it and bought the Wagner. This is ok for small spills. The Wagner is the better product as it can clean and sanitize as well other areas this Steam mop cannot.

5 Stars Wonderful mop, great price
I was very impressed with this mop. It is very lightweight, it cleans very well, and dries in seconds. I even added a couple drops of scented oil and this made everything smell wonderful because of the power of the steam. Even my young daughter loves to use it!!

1 Star Junk Dept.
I was eager to try this mop. Plugged it in. No green light. No steam. Nada. Checked the manual AGAIN and it refers me to a customer service number. Called it and got no one. Left a call back number as instructed. Nothing.

I absolutely intend to return this piece of garbage. Junk.
