Silpat 11 5 8 by 16 1 2 Inch Nonstick Silicone Baking Mat

Baking has never been so easy. This baking mat works wonderfully as baking pan liner or as a working surface because of its silicon and fiberglass nonstick surface which makes it very easy to clean. It is completely safe in freezers or microwaves. Up to 3,000 uses or more per mat.

4 Stars Great product
Just love this. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because you can see the image of the products you baked after you wash it.

5 Stars silpat mat
Product is useful for the one pan it fits. I need other sizes for my baking pans. It behaved perfectly when used. Would recommend it for all baking needs.

5 Stars Will never go back to foil on a cookie sheet!!
When I received this product I didn’t know what to think. The texture of the baking mat was sticky and despite the positive reviews on amazon I was skeptical. After using the baking mat for different tasks from broiling a roast to making caramelized pecans/almonds (for salad), I hooked on this thing! I definitely plan to purchase this item as a stocking stuffer this Christmas (4 for 3 offer, oh yea!!) and spread the word that the Silpat baking mat should be a staple in all kitchens!!

The only downside I have found is that the mat has slowly lost its original color due to stains from the food placed on the mat.

5 Stars Can’t be without it!
My Mom first turned me on to Silpats, and they are one product I think it a necessity for every kitchen. No more burnt edges on cookies, and baking in general is a much more forgiving craft with these. I use them with commercial cooking sheets, and they work great. Nothing sticks to them, and they clean up easily with warm water. They are very durable–my Mom’s had hers for well over ten years. You won’t regret these additions to your kitchen, and they are worth every penny of the price!

5 Stars A must have for anyone in the kitchen
There’s a reason you see so many professional cooks using this – THEY WORK!

This is a must-have in the kitchen. Get rid of the parchment paper and just stock two of these and you are good.

One word of caution – it may seem like common sense, but don’t get a knife anywhere close to these or be tempted to cut something on it! That’s pretty much the only way to ruin them.

They come clean easy whether you just wash them off or even stick them in the dishwasher.

Can’t recommend these enough for any home cook ..
